Roger first began his career in Asia in 2004 with UBS. Since then, he resided in several key Asian cities: Hong Kong, Singapore, Taipei, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Beijing.

Today, Roger manages minority holdings for foreign equity owners in Chinese companies. With over 10 years of on-the-ground experience and fluency in written and spoken Mandarin Chinese, he is immersed in the ecosystem of Chinese entrepreneurs.

A graduate from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland, Roger was the first non-Chinese graduate of the domestic EMBA course at Tsinghua University in Beijing.
